These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Sheffield Egypt (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Sheffield Egypt website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

 

Order is processed timely after the payment verification in case of e-payments.

Now, we only ship to Egypt. In case an order placed from abroad, we will contact the customer twice either by phone or email to see how we can help. In case, we did not reach the customer, the order will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.

We only ship to confirmed order address in 2 to 3 days delivery within Greater Cairo and Alexandria and 4 to 5 days delivery to the other cities.

Your order address must match your shipping address.

If there's delay in the shipment, please get back to us either by email on info@sheffieldegypt.com and we will track your order and get back to you ASAP. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

You can track your order using the bill of lading number sent.

 

Order can be cancelled from Sheffield’s bag before pressing on place an order

You may cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse.

 

We do not provide our product with a warranty

In case of defect in our products, you are pleased to take a picture and send it to our customer service on info@sheffieldegypt.com and one of our team will get back to you immediately.

In case of damage, you are pleased to take a picture of the package or the carton and the product and send us an email on info@sheffieldegypt.com and we will get back to you soon

 

Any transaction happens over an SSL secured channel and is encrypted with digital signatures.

We reserve the right to change products and product pricing at any time. We also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
