Exchange Policy:

All products can be exchanged within 14 days of the date of purchase in case they are defective or not as described.

The company will not bear the shipping costs in case of an exchange.

The customer must send us an email on: info@sheffieldegypt.com with the order details requesting the exchange.

The exchange is not applied at any Sheffield Store.
