At Sheffield Egypt, our goal is customer satisfaction. We want every purchase to be a positive experience with us.
All products can be exchanged within 14 days of the date of purchase in case they are defective or not as described.
The company will not bear the shipping costs in case of an exchange.
The customer must send us an email on: firstname.lastname@example.org with the order details requesting the exchange.
The exchange is not applied at any Sheffield Store.
Return is only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects only. If you receive the goods broken, please take a picture of the item & its package to open an investigation with the shipping company so we could compensate you. The company will take care of the shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return due to manufacturing defects, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The customer must report the case within 48 hours of receiving the products.
All products can be returned and fully refunded within 14 days from the date of purchase if the customer opens a ticket by sending us on email@example.com
Items on sale can only be replaced and not refunded. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The refund is not applied at any Sheffield Store.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will refund the same payment you paid with. If the refund is in cash, additional fees may apply.
